Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of jewelry products and hygiene considerations, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the customer receives a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product. Any request for return or replacement must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and supporting details. Veera Aabhas reserves the right to inspect the reported issue before approving any return, replacement, or refund request. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, tampered, or incorrect product, they must notify Veera Aabhas within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification of the claim, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. 

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, or payment gateway. Veera Aabhas shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment processors. 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or exchanges shall not be provided under the following circumstances: Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, weight, or appearance resulting from photography, screen settings, or handcrafted manufacturing processes shall not be considered defects. Requests made after the specified reporting period may also be declined. 

Product Care & Natural Characteristics

Sterling silver jewelry may naturally develop tarnish, oxidation, minor scratches, or changes in appearance over time due to exposure to air, moisture, perfumes, chemicals, or regular usage. Such natural characteristics are not manufacturing defects and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements.
