Order Processing

At Veera Aabhas, every order is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared before dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation. During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in the event of any significant delay.

Delivery Timeline

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes between 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Veera Aabhas may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns at its sole discretion. 

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive shipping and tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication method provided at the time of purchase. Customers may use the tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment. 

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver the package to the address provided by the customer. In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. 

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or in poor condition, customers should refuse delivery and immediately contact Veera Aabhas with relevant details and photographs. Claims regarding damaged shipments should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Veera Aabhas shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of placing an order. Veera Aabhas shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information provided by the customer.
